5 Need to Have Desks for the Home or Office
I don’t care if you need a desk for your work office, a little home library, or someplace to set up your $5000 top-of-the-line gaming station, these are some of the need-to-have desks you will want.
The Deluxe Ergo Tier
The Deluxe Ergo Tier, Ergo standing for ergonomics in this one, is an absolutely loaded to the tip-top computer and accessories workstation desk. Too lazy to tilt your computer monitor down (or in the case for some of you, your monitors don’t tilt)? No worries! The desk tilts for you. You can clip you monitors into its specially designed mountings to adjust height and the distance away from you (Y and Z-axis). The desk surface also has height adjustment if you are brave enough to let your kids play with this prize of a desk.

Milk Mac Desk
This one is perfect for all you Mac owners out there. With a sleek, stylish sexy white brushed aluminum look, it would be excellent for any of those PowerMacs of G5 workstations you rich folk are able to afford. With slots for extra stuff and dedicated ports for easy wire organizations, it is a good choice for anyone needing an aesthetically pleasing desk. On top of all that, it’s got a pneumatic lift for the desktop. “It’s got ups, yo!” Looks like this is a privately designed desk, so it might come pricey with no public price on it available.

The iGo Desk
The iGo desk, a desk made for a few models of the Power MacBooks and G5 systems and monitors, is for the ultra sleek. While they come at a special price just like any other thing labeled with an “I”, you are getting a very lavishly eye pleasing desk. With few accessories though – cup holder, an “i360 degree turntable” and literally no real desktop space – you aren’t getting much use. Starting at a little over $300 dollars, this may be something better suited for your own personal use than at an office.

Mini Desk
Talk about a Mini desk! No really, it’s a Mini! Built around the base of an old, classic Mini Cooper, this desk is for anyone into classic automobiles. There is no price tag on it yet, but I’m sure it’s not cheap. With that though, you get your choice of desk top, rims, tires, headlights, and even a custom license plate. This thing is awesome for anyone needing that unique touch for their home or office workspace.

Scooter Desk
It doesn’t look like it could be used for use with any desktop PC, but for any one that likes to move while working, they can roll right along with the Scooter Desk by Utilia Designs. This neat little thing is positioned on 3 wheels, making it super easy to glide around on hard surfaces. It’s advertised as being super universal, and I could see this kind of thing being useful in many different positions and offices that require people to constantly move short distance to compute or jot down notes. It’s custom order, so it probably isn’t a cheap desk for what it offers as well. You can get it with 2 seats for you and a lover if you’d like!
