Apple has just confirmed rumors first released by CNET that it will be unveiling new notebooks as well as the mysterious “brick” later this month. And it so happens it is on the exact date as predicted. On October 14′th you’ll be able to get your hands on (or eyes rather) on the latest fleet of Apple’s product line.

While we know the usual about the MacBooks getting their long overdue update little is known as to what the “brick” will be. And the rumors continue to fly. By the way, the event will be “invitation only” and it will be held in Cupertino.
