I don’t know what it is with the Dutch, but they keep churning out innovative designs in recent weeks. BloomFrame designed by Hofman Dujardin Architects, Amserdam is a window frame which can be transformed into a dynamic balcony and it can be installed in new and old buildings. The BloomFrame was the winner of 2008 Red Dot Design Award, and deservedly too.

The development is in process right now and is expected to be available early 2008. The BloomFrame can be made to yours desire, the size, the material and the color are customizable.
