If this concept comes to life than it would fix that exact problem. With woman’s purse seemingly growing larger every year before we know it there might be need for squad lights in those things. But until than hopefully this concept idea will fix the problem.

While it might seem very practical it could also be a very good safety feature as fumbling for keys or such in the dark outside ones car or apartment can cause them to be prone to attacks. Lets hope some DIY mod fixes this problem shortly.
