Spore, the next big game coming out of the big minds behind the Sims – Will Wright, Maxis, and EA Games – is a game that has caused an immense amount of media attention and hype. Originally scheduled for launch before Christmas of 2007, this cross-platform (even announced to be compatible with the iPhone) game recently got its official release date of September 7th, 2008.

This is so cool, unfortunately I’m too lazy even to attemp it. Michael figured that the only way he could beat his son Alex,16, was to build a computer that could watch the game being played, process some information, and play the notes on the guitar.

If you have owned a Nokia, chances are you’d probably have played Snake, I know I’ve spent hours playing it on the tube. This cool game is the most played mobile game of all time and below is a human recreation of the game using 1000 people without any special effects or computer graphics. It is just 1000 people moving in the street frame by frame and step by step.

Alex Handy bought 7 blocks of chips for $14 at the Laney College Flea Market and when he got home, he noticed that “CPKPark Atari” and “CPKPARK 2600 Atari” were written on some of the chips. But with some detective works on the Net, he discovered he had bought an unreleased and never finished game for the Atari 2600.

The late and very great Neogeo has managed to attain a new lease on life through non other than the Nintendo Wii. There are multiple Neogeo games currently available using downloads from the Wii virtual console.
