Verizon is #1in customer satisfaction
We all know Verizon is not the cheapest of telecommunication companies in the States (in fact they are the most expensive), but at least they must be doing something right with all those extra dollars they charge you because once again (for the second time in a row) they have beaten rival T-Mobile as having the top customer satisfaction of telecommunication companies in the US (cellular we’re talking about) according to J.D. Power & Associates.
In fact T-Mobile did not even place second, Alltel took that spot (soon to be part of Verizon). But all in all it looks like Verizon does live up to its name as being the most reliable network (too bad AT&T is having 3g problems which probably was the reason for bumping them down on the list. To be expected Sprint came in a lowly last.
